Class Purchases
Drop-in classes, class packs and unlimited passes purchased online via studio website and are non-refundable.
The Intro Offer is non-refundable and non-extendable. Each class pack and intro offer has an expiry date - please note this before purchase.
Memberships
All memberships are subject to a minimum commitment period of three (3) months from the membership start date.
Following the initial three-month term, memberships will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled by either party in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
To cancel a membership, the Member must provide a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. The 30-day notice period begins on the date the cancellation request is received and acknowledged.
The Member acknowledges and agrees that membership payments will continue to be collected during the notice period. If a scheduled payment falls within the 30-day notice period, that payment will be processed as normal. This means that where a cancellation request is submitted less than 30 days before the next payment date, one further membership payment may be collected before the membership is terminated.
For example, if a Member submits a cancellation request on 1 June and their next payment is due on 15 June, the 15 June payment will still be collected because it falls within the required 30-day notice period. The membership will then terminate after the notice period has expired.
No refunds will be provided for membership fees paid during the notice period unless required by applicable law.
Workshops & Events
All workshops and courses purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable or transferable.
If you can no longer attend a workshop a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given otherwise is fully charged.
If you would like to give your space to another client you must email us with their name to update the records and to ensure they have an account with us and signed the waiver before attending the workshop otherwise they maybe refused at the door on arrival.
Lost Property
All students are responsible for their own belongings. All items left behind will be stored in ‘Lost & Found’.
Please contact reception if you think you might have left something at the studio or email
items will be kept for one month and anything left unclaimed will be given to charity.
Sickness
If you are feeling unwell, do not attend class
