ABOUT ODE REFOMER CHESHIRE

ODE Reformer is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Sandbach, Cheshire.

With just five Reformer beds, our classes are intentionally small. This allows our teachers to really teach — to notice how you move, offer individual guidance and create an experience that feels personal rather than anonymous. Whether it’s your first time on a Reformer or you’ve been practising for years, there is space for you here.

Across seven days a week, our timetable offers different ways to experience the Reformer — from slower, more considered movement and mobility to stronger, more dynamic classes designed to challenge you.
