To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect both our instructors and the limited nature of reformer classes, we operate a 8-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations made more than 8 hours before your session can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 8 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the session being charged as a Member £5.00 and as a Drop in client your pass will be deducted for the session.
No-Shows
If you do not attend a booked session and have not cancelled in advance, this will be treated as a no-show.
The session will be deducted from your package or charged in full
A £20 no-show fee may also be applied
